Services include:- One-on-one nutrition counseling sessions (90 minute initial sessions; 50-60 minutes follow-up sessions) starting weekly or biweekly. In person or virtual sessions available.
- Family support sessions
- Coordination of care with additional health care team members (ex: therapist, psychiatrist, primary care provider, treatment center, personal trainer, etc.)
