Nutrition counseling is a collaborative, supportive process that helps individuals build a healthier relationship with food and their bodies. Through personalized guidance, education, and practical strategies, clients learn to nourish themselves in a way that supports their physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs. Sessions focus on developing sustainable habits, reducing confusion around nutrition, and empowering clients to make confident, balanced choices that enhance overall well-being.

Services include:

  • One-on-one nutrition counseling sessions (90 minute initial sessions; 50-60 minutes follow-up sessions) starting weekly or biweekly. In person or virtual sessions available. 
  • Family support sessions
  • Coordination of care with additional health care team members (ex: therapist, psychiatrist, primary care provider, treatment center, personal trainer, etc.)

  • Support for eating disorder recovery, including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and ARFID.
  • Guidance in Intuitive Eating and developing a peaceful, flexible relationship with food.
  • Weight-inclusive, non-shaming nutrition strategies for gastrointestinal concerns, medical conditions (high cholesterol/triglycerides, prediabetes/diabetes) women’s health and hormonal issues (PCOS, endometriosis, menstrual cycle health), pregnancy, fertility, and other health conditions.
