I work with clients navigating concerns like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, fatty liver, and digestive issues. Together, we can explore realistic, sustainable strategies that support your well-being without relying on restrictive or overwhelming diet advice. My approach focuses on helping you feel confident, informed, and supported in making choices that align with your values and long-term health
